Solved: Tune I keep hearing

Usually on MTV dance/TMF.
Its from this yr/late 2008

Does anyone know the tune I keep hearing, think it might be a remix of an RnB style tune but its sung by a big black bloke and his voice goes really really high on the chorus! But its not a proper word. Just like: "aaaaaeeehhhoooohhoooohhhyayaayayaaaaaa"

The video is kinda like he is in a desert outside a caravan or something?
