I heard this one when i was in spain and I'm dying to know its name or the singers

please if you have any clue on this please help. this is a song that I heard once and i just loved it. Unfortunately my spanish is not that good so I only got a couple of words like " cuando no esta... this is repeated a lot during the song" and one additional word "espanola" thats all. i dont know if this is enough but really would appreciate it if anybody would help on this.
