    The track Salam Brothers - Melech Ha Melech appears on the album VA - Oriental 1001 nights (4 CDs) so I think the title is correct.

    Sorry, I have no idea what the language is....If no one can tell you here, I'm sure if you asked over at the translation section of the forum, they'll soon have it ID'd for you

    I Have also no idea about the language, maybe armenian (?) but its just a wild guess.

    No way that's Armenian.

    It could be arabic...there are a huge variety of dialects.
    It might just be an unfamiliar dialect.
