thanks for helping me! please bear with me as i try to explain this song with no artist, no title, and hardly any lyrics..

i have very little to go, as i last heard this song maybe 5-6 years ago (+rolling balls) on a friend's cd. (don't know where in the world he is today so i can't ask him unfortuanately) since it's a techno song i don't have a lot of lyrics to cite but i guess this one part of the song might be recognizable to some since i can basically only remember that part.. k here goes my best description.. sorry!

well it's techno/house genre, and sometime during the middle of the song the beats stop and this dude starts talking (not like singing lyrics but like a dj talking to the dancefloor), i'm pretty sure he says more than one line but the last thing he says goes something along the lines of, "are yall ready for some [bass/house?], or what!?" then you hear this kind of higher pitched sound make a melody, something like this, (forgive me i don't know how else to spell this flute?/xylophone? type of sound AND i'm not not too good with recognizing all the instrument sounds to tell you what instrument lol esp in techno.. sorry!)

doo, do, doo, do, dododododooo...doo dodadoo, doo, doodadodado do

(the do's are slightly lower pitched than the doo's but sound similar)
the beat almost sounds like a child's song melody at first. it starts off completely by itself with nothing else or even any bass, and just that flute? sound. but once that "line" is done it immediately starts to repeat, slowly adding a new instrument or beat in, and that original high pitched melody transforms into the bass. it's hard to forget, that's the part that everyone likes about the song.

so please! if anyone recognizes what the heck i'm talking about, i would greatly appreciate anything!! thank you for even trying to help me and reading the whole post :P
