Rap in "Weeds" Season 1, Ep. 2?

I have been trying to ID a rap played in the TV series "Weeds" - Season 1, Episode 2 (episode title: "Free Goat"). The rap plays at about 16:05 minutes into the episode when Nancy pulls up next to two guys in an SUV at a red light. The lyrics that I have been able to take down are as follows:
