what's this foreign song's title and artist?

I normally dont have any trouble finding titles to songs (I just search the lyrics in google), but this one is difficult as it is in a foreign language, and I don't know which. I'm pretty sure it isn't spanish. I heard it in a grocery store a couple of times. It is an upbeat song with a female singer. Here is the chorus (I'm going to type it out phonetically as I have no idea what language it is):

"...away away... dee-ah may dee-ah may dee-ah may, oh lay oh lay, away away, enno anno ah..."

perhaps it is spanish and the "dee ah may" is really dijame, but i doubt it.

more useful, I have a sound clip of the song. I can't post it on here because the attachment limit is incredibly low. (seriously, how are you supposed to be able to attach anything useful on here with that restriction?) But if you email me, I can send it to you.

If someone could at least tell me what language it is in, that would put me on the right track.
