Trying to find...

Hi everyone. I'm trying to find a song from the 70's. I was told by my next door neighbor that its "You Mean Everything To Me" by Enchantment. But I can't find that song listed on any of their albums. I know some of the lyrics. I'm not sure if I have them right, though. If anyone recognizes them or can confirm, I would REALLY appreciate it!
