Hey! What's up? I need help finding a song. It plays at the very end of the MTV show, "My Own" just as the guy or girl is choosing who he or she will pick. It's got kind of an upbeat, and it may be hip-hop, but I'm not sure. If anyone knows what I'm talking about, and could help me out, that'd be great!

I've been looking for the song for like... weeks and the main thing i know about it is that is was played as the last song on the final episode of "The Simple Life : Interns"
It is a male singer and the lyrics go a little something like this:
"Riding home all alone one by one the ... stars would sing above?
And I'm reacing for... ( a few words I don't know at all ). And I want you to know I feel lucky now, you've opened my heart - and the scene has changed 'OR' I can see that it's changed."
