Cannot remember the title or artist

I can't remember this songs name or the artist, there aren't many lyrics. The style is similar to fatboy slim, I would say it came out around 2001. It is very sample heavy with flutes and fuzz bass and funky surf guitar and builds one sample at a time. theres a vocal sample that sounds like the beach boys and goes "Bah bah baaaaaaah, bah bah bah bah bah bah." and those are the only "lyrics" I can think of. Also there was a music video for this song which was just different scenes of musicians playing the samples. For instance when the horn sample plays you see 3 afro'd funk musicians playing, when the "bah bah bah" comes on its 3 dudes with surfer haircuts singing.

Found it! Its called "Start the Commotion" by The Wiseguys.
