Solved: help please w/song title and female artist

Hi. I need help in identifying this song and who the female artist is. It was in Dawson's Creek DVD Season 6 episode #2 - the last song. I couldn't understand all of the lyrics - will type in what I know. Thanks for your help.

Thank you very much for the link. I appreciate you taking the time to find this. I found that one earlier today but it has songs from when the show was on TV. Unfortunately this was one of the shows that they changed a lot of the music when they put them on DVD because they didn't buy the rights to the original songs - they replaced them with a lot of new songs. I looked up all of the songs that were listed on the link and none were the right one. I guess this is a new one they put in place of one of the old songs.

Still looking of anybody else has any more suggestions. Thanks
