I've heard this song a few times lately, so I gather that it's a fairly new recording, and it sounds like a pretty standard alternative band. It's a pretty slow song, and the only line I can remember is the subject line. I didn't hear it preceded by an "I," at least not clearly. I'm fairly sure the 'of' is in there; the meter of the music doesn't work out right without it.
While I didn't hear a lot of the other lyrics, I don't think it's Frankie Valli's song re-recorded -- but that's all that comes up in lyric searches. Any ideas?

Belated update: the line turned out to be "can't *keep* my eyes off of you," and the song was "You and Me" by Lifehouse. Sorry for getting it wrong!
