Solved: This song is driving me mad!

I heard a kind of folk type song today in episode 4916 of Australian soap 'Home and Away'. It begins at 15 minutes 28 seconds into the episode and is played when Belle and Aden are sitting on a bench overlooking the sea. It only lasts for 50 seconds or so and the only lines you here in the episode are "when I was a kid I dreamt of you and me together". PLEASE help my find this song!!!! It has such a nice melody and I would love to know the name of it so i could download it from itunes. PLEASE HELP.
