Solved: Only know a bit, ballad. Possible Scandinavian singers?

Hi there!

Was hoping that someone might help me out here a bit, as I hav gotten pieces of this song stuck in my head (a year after I heard it last... lol!), and would love to find out who sings it and what the song is called.

It's a ballad, with a male and female duet.

Could possibly be Scandinavian singers, as heard in Scandinavia (song in English).

Song is about a man and woman whom used to be together, and they had a massive fight, saying things they both regretted. Her storming out into the rain. One of them also sings about if they knew where the other person was now, they'd put flowers on their door.
