    Question Need song title and artist

    I heard a snippet of this very upbeat country song playing on a music loop at a hotel. It was by a female vocalist; quite peppy. She sounded sort of like the lead singer of the Dixie Chicks.

    What struck me about the song was the odd way she pronounced the word "careful". It sounded like "keer-ful" (rhyms with cheerful).

    The only words I can remember are something like "You'd better be keerful/careful..."

    Does anyone know the song and artist?

    Thanks, but it's not Emma Bunton. She pronounces "careful" correctly. And you're right...not country.

    If it helps, the song played on a loop at the Great Wolf Lodge (water park) in Cincinnati, Ohio. It played somewhere near one of Randy Travis's songs.
