Song Played On Pulse 87! Cant Find Lyrics Anywhere

i heard this song on pulse 87 today (87.7FM) and it goes like "i will be around right here, right here....did you think i'd drown in my tears" and its sung by a woman. its a techno-y song and thats all i can recall. i cant locate the lyrics or song title anywhere, including the pulse 87 website. they haven't updated their playlist for september yet and this song is driving me crazy!!! if you find the name, you will be my savior!!!!!
