Those are 2 guys called Adam Kling and Howard Dlugasch, and the song is Let's get together, but i have no idea, where to get that song.

I looked it up, you can listen to the song on firstcom.com, just enter "adam kling" into the search bar on the right. With the proper software you can probably download it one way or another.

And according to the site the song's exact name is "Get together tonight"
