Looking for this unknown 70's song

Hi everyone!

Just looking for the name/artist of this slow song, I'm guessing from the mid to late 70's, but I'm not sure. I thought it was called "Falling in Love", but when I type them in, the only song I'm getting is the one by Hamilton, Joe Frank and Reynolds. I know very little of the lyrics, but there are really pretty harmonies in the chorus, which goes:

"I'm fallin'

Oh' I'm fallin'

I'm fallin, in love with you."

I wish I could give more than that, but I don't remember the verses at all. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
