Upbeat foreign song

Hello people!

This is my first post! hopefully someone can help me with this!

so i was watching a video and in the background a spannish/south american song is playing. The song is upbeat dance/pop with a female voice. The first line in the song says something along the line of "nomi vay che sa" i also know that is says "fantasma" somewhere in the song. Also a section where the woman is just singing "doot n dara da dara daa".

Any help would be much appreciated
