Looking for artist and name of the song

Hi,
A while ago I heard this song on the radio in my car.
I was able to record some of it on my pda.
Can some one please help me to identify it.

After listening through the clips once again, I think i have found the lyrics :-)

I think the song is called "To feel", but I still cannot find the artist.
Does anyone know?
