Motorcycle Mike?

The song I am looking for this time was sort of a novelty garage type song with these lyrics
He was a gambling man they say
a black leather jacket
a red and yellow bike
wild and reckless
that was Motorcycle mike

The song had sound effects of engines revving and so forth. The story in the song is that he makes a bet to race a Corvette. The song ends with him singing I was the man who made that foolish bet.
