help with dave matthews

'i've put this off long enough, i wish things could work out like i dreamed they would, but the ghosts of our past are too haunting on us.

For some reason, I'm coming up with the Dave Matthews title "#41" even though I've looked those up and the lyrics you give aren't there. Maybe the lyrics that are posted aren't complete and there's more?
