Can't find this song ANYWHERE...

Okay, so I heard this song in Costa Rica a lot; however, it was at a rural bar so i have no idea if it is a popular song, local song, etc. I just know that I have been looking for it for MONTHS and I can't find anything! Usually I am so good at finding songs too...

So it's kind of a reggae song, in english. The first words of the song and the chorus go like this:

"Some people don't know what's wrong from right, all they wanna do is live a little reckless life"

I might be off on the words a little (like it sounds like he says "dey" instead of they) but that's the basis. I neeeed to find this song!! I have been looking for it for so long!
