Solved: I dont know much of the words, help!!

I was in the car listening to 95.7 the vibe & this song came on its a girl singing. but she says something like 'i still love you but its been over or its the end' or something i know thats not exactly what she said. i remember her saying something like 'i know this will hurt you but its for the best' I sung this song like i knew it but when i got home to download it i couldnt think of anything, please help!!
