Solved: Please help me identify this awesome song?

I have a link to a vid with the complete song!! It is not Undiscovered by James morrison as vid suggests, or Yui - Life as one of the comments states.

I contacted the author of the video and he used audioswap but cannot find the song again.. I am DYING to find out what this song is and the artist.
