Just maybe you can help..

I've asked all over and nobody can seem to help me with this. I watched this video and there's a tune at 1:57 thats so peculiar.. i've been trying for forever to get a hold if it with no luck. I know its only a few seconds of actual sound, but maybe, just maybe someone can figure out what song this is. I believe it has been translated from japanese but not sure. Thanks in advance for any help but i know i wont get any. :P

Hey All, Don't know that I'm going about this the right way. But I heard this song in Final Destination/2000 and I can't found it. It is playing, when the people are driving with the car, after the teacher died.
In You tube - Final destination 1 - 7/10 about 4 th minutes. A women sings that song. it is dramatical and super.
