Hello!

I recently got a ukulele and playing a G chord triggered this awful pang to work out a song that I used to have. It's sort of folksy/alternative, like Animal Collective could have made it. All I can remember about the song is that the rhythm is 3/4, quite slow tempo, and the melody starts off C B A G. The unusual thing about the song is that throughout there is a women's calm voice talking over what sounds like a tannoy, maybe in French or something, and continues for a few seconds at the end when the rest of the song has stopped, when you only really notice it.

PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU CAN, I'M GOING KERAZY NOT KNOWING WHAT IT IS!!!
