Obscure techno song

Let me begin by saying this song came bundled with some kind of music creation/editing software from 1999-2000. I can recall quite a lot of the lyrics....and before anyone posts comments about using Google, I have already tried that several times over the years...the only thing that comes up is an ignored post I made to allthelyrics over a year ago.
