theresa_haines	Hello, This song is by the Chambers Brothers....The title is TIME HAS COME TODAY.. I downloaded it and they do shout ........... TIME ! TIME! TIME!! Hope this helps..

was it on a advertisment for labour party in australia in the 60- 70's?
if it is i think its called its time and it was sung by a heap of famous politicians, hope it was a help
