Can't find this song for the life of me!!

I am looking for the title of an old school rap song that I probably bought in the early 90's. I only remember a couple details of it. I bought the cassette tape of it and it had a pink cover. I forget who the artist is obviously. The main thing I remember is in the chorus it said "olly olly oxen free" and it sounded like Chucky from Child's play was saying it. It was never a real popular song, but it was one of my old school favs. If this sounds familiar to anybody please let me know. Thanks
