unknown reggae artist and title

hi guys
i have once listened to a song that has fantastic lyrics-the lyrics goes like this(16 000 devils marching down the street and upon their foreheads was the mark of the beast....it further mentioned that (down in south africa the apartheid regime 30 innocent people wiped of their feet)eluding to the nelson mandela trial where he and is comrades received life sentences .i have no clue what the title of the song is and who the artist could be...can someone help me please.

I believe you're talking about a guy named Peter Tosh, who formed a band called the Wailers in the 60's. (Yep, Bob Marley's eventual band).

Peter Tosh and Nelson Mandela went down the same road, except Peter Tosh died a horrendous death.

I believe the track you're talking about is on a CD called "Mark Of The Beast, Honorary Citizen" - Disc 1 of a set of 3.
