Please help me find this song

The song I am looking for is from somewhere between 1997-2003 if I am not mistaken. It is a song that either had a music video about skating or a song that was part of a skating game (most likely a tony hawk game that was realeased for the pc years ago). I dont know what kind of music it is but it would be part of the same category as the song in to deep from sum 41 with about the same pace (just a little bit slower) and a little more monotone when it comes to the singing.

If it helps in any way the refrain would be something like this : deh (short word), deh (longer word,emphasis) deh deh deh (short words) deh (longer emphasis) deh (short , emphasis) ; the second and the forth verse of the refrain are the same just the third is a variation .
