    Question Song from Musical?

    I'm new to this so perhaps my information is just too vague for anyone to identify this song.

    It sounds as if it may be from a musical, one with a Spanish theme (Rogers and Hammerstein?)

    It mentions "Toreador" and " Alphonsus Begoņa" and has a recurring tra-la-la, tra-la-la.

    I would love to know what it is, and would love to buy a copy. Thanks in advance for any

    Are you thinking of the Toreador Song from Bizet's "Carmen"?
