I won't turn around?

Hey! I'm looking for a song from probably the 90s. The singer is a girl, it's a pop song. In the firsts lines of the chorus, she says something like «I won't turn around». Hard to say, I heard it while working, but I remember hearing this song a lot when I was younger.

Google only gave me a song named Georgia and it's not it. Hope somebody will be able to help me!
