Hard/Classic rong song ID please

Alright, I'll try my best to describe this song musically and hopefully it will be of help.

The lead vocalist sounds much like Billy Idol when he screams, and there is a really melodic guitar interlude.

The interlude is what sticks out to me the most. It features a clean guitar sound and goes upward in an arpeggiated-like way then plays the chord that was arpeggiated. On top of the arpeggio somewhere in the song the lead vocalist is singing (in the billy idol sounding voice) "oh yeahhhh" or something of that nature.
