    I am trying to find the title/artist of a 90's dance song that has the lyrical hook "Don't know what to do, what to do, what, what, what to do."

    Nope that's not it. It really don't matter is more of a hip-hop song. The one I heard was from the early 90's and had a female singer. It had a house/pop sound and she also was singing something similar to "heartbeat for your love" and "I'm ready for your love" and the vocal hook "don't know what to do, what to do, what, what, what to do" sampled.
