Lovesong, maybe from 2007

Hello,

I'm back with a tricky question again.
In 2007 (end of summer/ autumn) I heard a (sad ?) love song on the radio. It was sung by a woman and I just remember the word "love" in it. But this was sung very drawn with some up's and down's, I remember it to be very beautiful and somehow sad. The voice was not an old one, and it didn't sound black to my ears (what - honestly - has to mean nothing ). The song itself was not fast or pasted with orchestral sound - there was mainly this vioce singing it's song. It sounded like a sad lovesong nowadays sounds, not some ancient piece of music or something in the world-music/ folk-tradition.
I only guess that it was a song of 2007, but I'm not absolutly sure about this.
Well, I know, lot's of precise informations, but I hope you can help me anyway.
