Indie Electronica Dance Song

I've heard this song in hipster dance clubs all the time, but I have no idea who it's by. It has a really up-tempo synth beat, and the only lyrics I can recall are the chorus that goes something like "Come on, come on, take a chance and dance with me" or something like that.

It was also on an MTV commercial a year or two ago. Can anyone help? It's driving me nuts!!
