Hi there. I have this song stuck in my head once again that I've been looking for for years. I don't know the title [had something to do with 'dream' i think..] and i don't know the artist - heck, i'm not even a 100% sure if the singer is male or female o.O

The singer really can be both - it's a really low, raw voice but for some reason it has something female to it. (a bit like ray charles)

The song is kind of soothing / jazzy, and there's some fragments of the lyrics i remember:

"Look, look over there .. there's a little girl crying in the middle of the night ... wishing / dreaming that a dream will come true tonight, all right"

I think the song is from 'round the 80's..I know the info is kind of scarce, but..I really really reaaaally really hope one of you will recognize it. Hints are welcome too!So if you think 'oh, might be this or that artist' let me know ^-^
