I could'nt see a place to post MC Lyrics so soz if im asking in the wrong place lol

just wondered if anyone could identify the MC with the lyric

i have a helter skelter tape from back in the 90's and this MC rinces the end of the set but i still don't know to this day who he is if you could help on this anyone would be most grateful as i want to get some more sets with him on sound peeps.

if it helps he sounds like he has a midlands accent maybe east midlands but not 100%
