Solved: Song title

I was on Hulu watching season #1, episode #5 of Men of a certain age. In the "Get to know Joe" section they played, at the end, a song from the 60's that starts out,"I'm changing,arranging, I'm changing everything........ I know the song but can't remember who sang it. Anybody know? Thanks
