Hey mates, I used to listen to this one techno song that starts off loud with a big drum beat and the music kicks in a little after. the singer is a female and sounds very soft and sweet, almost in comparison to ariel on little mermaid when she sings to grant her voice. And its hard to understand the lyrics but im pretty sure for the chorus at one point it gets all slow and melodic and she repeats "tense and up close and, tense and up close and, tense and up close and" and when she finishes her lyric "tense and up close and personaaaal" by the time she says peronal the music is all back and the song continues beautifuly. As I remember she also sings "taking it step by step" alot too and in the beginning she repeats "baby" or something that sounds like baby alot. I know thats a really bad discription but i heard the song years ago! and id do anything to listen to it again!

No none of those are it, sorry. I know that it starts off almost like the Magica remix, with a loud drum beat to start it off, but in the magica remix she only says "higher and higher" and "lifting me up" in the version that im looking for she sings all the lyrics and at one part she repeats "Dancing up close, dancing up close, dancing up close, dancing up close" and as she sings the drum snare starts going faster and faster and when she sings "personal" at the end of her line the music is all back and loud, it just sounds amazing. its almost aqua-y as in the music kinda sounds like watery and bubbly, its really soothing.
