    Default Older Soft Rock Song

I don't know too much about this song I just have the main part stuck in my head.
It sounds like it may be considered an oldie, but I really have no idea what I do know is it goes like this:

woah oh oh oh oh ohhhhhhhh

and as it's being sung the pitch goes up and down.

I'm also sure that during the song something is repeated, I think it is the phrase: "Here we are, here we are"

I know this is very vague and there are probably a million songs like this. I would really appreciate any help
