RnB in the 90's

Hi everybody. I heard this song I'm trying to find, back in the early 90's (I think). It's a slow beat RnB tune, sung by a lady featuring a guy later on in the piece. Thought it was Brandy at one stage, or it sounded like her anyway. I've googled til the cows come home, to no avail. It's funny how that is.

Anyhow, here's the chorus as best as my memory stretches...
