Name that song?

I came across this Techno song attached to a music video i can understand some of the lyrics like
(I wanna see you again someday) and (walk around town) >.< this song is stuck in my head and I need the title before i go crazy. I have searched all over the net to no avial and figured perhaps someone here would know.
