PLEASE HELP ME!! What is the name of these 3 songs?

1) from the oc - It goes like this 'We got more bounce in Califronia than all your combined' or something like that anyway!

2) also from the oc - i don't know the lyrics, but it is kind of RnB and quite new....

3) (not from the oc now!) it begins like this ' 2 am and he calls because I'm still awake' or something like that...then the chorus goes 'just breathe...'
