Please, help me find more detailed information about medley track "Clap Yo' Hands/I Got Rhythm (by George Gershwin).
Reportedly, this track could be used on "Holiday On Ice" show in the end of the 50's (up to and including 1960).

Also this medley track was released on a record in USSR and the performer was indicated as Sam Capper (or Sam Kapper), an American conductor (I can not confirm the authenticity of the name).

My question: what orchestra or orchestras took part on "Holiday On Ice" show in 40's and 50's? And who is Sam Kapper? Was there a musician with a such name in reality overall?
