Looking for old non-vocal electronic/techno

Hey guys and girls. I have been trying to find this song for a year now and I use to listen to it back in 2003 (the song is probably older though) It starts off with hearing the sounds of a busy place (I think a airport because you can hear a plane flying off)
The only way I can describe the beat is by using a online piano keyboad.

press C (there is a small "a" right above it) three times (one note each) , pause for a quarter or half note, press it twice quickly again(a half note or quarter note)
press D three times for one note , pause for a quarter or half note, press it twice quickly again(a half note or quarter note)
press A (to the left of C) three times for one note , pause for a quarter or half note, press it twice quickly again(a half note or quarter note)
press A agaoin three times for one note , pause for a quarter or half note, press it twice quickly again(a half note or quarter note)
And thats how it basically sounds.

Can anyone figure it out?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
