Need help with this dance song please!

Hi.

If you live in Toronto, you will hear this song on Streetmix Drive @ 5 many times.

The song has some Spanish parts (I think). But the most recognizable part is a guy that is singing:

I think this song may have also been in City of God.

It was actually played today (April 23rd) at around 5:18pm.
