Solved: Obscure disco song end-70s/ 80s - who can help?

this was actually posted by someone else, but this keeps regularly popping up on "our" forum, so we'd better close the lid on this He only has a CHEAP cell phone to record, which makes understanding consonants a true nightmare. In fact I don't understand anything but the "illusion isn't real", but that's about it.

Title sounds like 'Promise Of Love', but could be nearly anything else.

"HIS illusion" so I was not wrong, I thought there's something wrong with my ears. Thanks man! Hope this will help to track it down...
Maybe it's even "Promiscuous love", from what the lyrics suggest.

She seems to have a foreign accent, if "losing" sounds like "looseeengk".

I hope this has now put an end to spreading this or a similar snippet in 10+ more forums (I have only "spread" it here, btw )
