I've been trying to find out who sings this old club song called "don't hurt me girl"

its not that song, what is love by haddaway

and all I remember about the lyrics is a guy was singing towards the end "don't, don't, don't, don't hurt me, don't, don't, don't, don't hurt me girl" over and over and the song is kinda slow

I've looked online and cant find anything
